MIKE LINES

Assistant Coach
Lines, 37 (8/30/70), begins his first season as an Assistant Coach with the Minnesota Swarm. He has spent the last three years coaching the Ontario Lacrosse Association's (OLA) Niagara Thunderhawks junior 'B' team, including serving one season as the general manager and was named the 2006 Coach of the Year. Lines will coach the St. Catharines Junior 'A' team this upcoming season. His lacrosse playing background includes winning multiple provincial "A" championships and two Minto Cups during his minor lacrosse career in St. Catharines. Lines also played one season in the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) and one year in the OLA and served as a scout for the National Lacrosse League's (NLL) Buffalo Bandits in 2005.
When he is not coaching lacrosse, the St. Catharines, Ontario-native enjoys spending time with his four children, Brandon (13), Nick (11), Mikayla (8) and Teegan (5), and watching their sporting events. Lines' also works at Niagara Machine Products, an automobile-manufacturing supplier.
