Sonday enters his first season as the Swarm's athletic trainer in 2013. The Northern Minnesota native moved to the Twin Cities after graduating from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minn. where he obtained his Masters of Science in athletic training. While working on his Masters, Sonday worked with a variety of athletes that ranged from high school to collegiate to professional to Olympic level athletes. Sonday is currently working at the Orthoquick in Eagan. In his free time, Sonday enjoys trail running, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
