Minnesota Swarm

Ritzer is in his fourth season with the Minnesota Swarm and is the Manager of Ticket Sales. Matt is heavily involved in all ticketing aspects of the organization. He takes great pride in not only selling season, group, corporate, and suite business, but he is also committed to providing high-quality service to all customers. Matt assists other members of the ticketing department to ensure that the overall fan experience is the best in the greater Twin Cities area.

The Reedsburg, Wis. native previously spent eight years with the Wisconsin Woodchucks Baseball Club of the Northwoods League. Ritzer served as the Woodchucks' Assistant General Manager starting in 2007 and was heavily involved with sales, marketing, and operations. Some of his main focuses included selling sponsorships and servicing those accounts, managing the concessions operation and staff, and hiring the intern and part-time employee staff.

Ritzer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and earned his Master's Degree in Sport Administration in 2005 (from UWL).  He and his wife, Katie, reside in Minneapolis, MN.
