The Minnesota Swarm receives numerous requests for memorabilia, player appearances, and speaking engagements from organizations each month. We wish it were possible to honor all of them since most are very worthwhile causes. Please know that all requests are given serious consideration. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, the following guidelines must be followed to assure fairness.
The Minnesota Swarm focuses its efforts on assisting organizations that benefit youth lacrosse, disadvantaged youth, children’s medical related causes and youth educational programs.

Tickets - Requests for tickets are limited to organizations located in the state of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Exceptions are made on a limited basis.
Appearances - Requests may be made for Swarm players, coaches and Buzz to attend an organization's event. Any appearance do have a cost that will be billed to the requesting entity. All appearance fees must paid for by the organization requesting the appearance. All appearance fees must be paid before an appearance will be made. Appearance fees vary depending on the request. Please note that player and coach schedules are extremely limited due to the demand of travel and practice.
Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations will not be considered. Requests for tickets are limited to one request per organization during the fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

All requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event date.
Allow three to four weeks for processing. Please do not call to check on the status of a previously requested donations. If you have questions about your request please email them to email@example.com. All decisions made by the Minnesota Swarm Community Relations Department are final. You will be notified of our decision or recieve your donation via US Mail only. Notifications and donations are mailed between two and four weeks before the date the event is scheduled for.
