  State Fair Festivities  Saint Paul, MN – The Minnesota Swarm announced their player appearances for the 2009 Minnesota State Fair, which runs from August 27 to September 7. This year at the Swarm’s "Buzz Zone" stand, forwards Sean Pollock and Colin Achenbach join Swarm Performance Team Members to sign autographs and interact with fans. Buzz will also make appearances during selected days at the State Fair Parade from 2:00-3:00 PM.On Saturday, August 29 from 10:00-4:00 p.m. the Swarm host a Stick Tricks Challenge where fans can showcase their best tricks on camera. The top 10 participants will be featured on mnswarm.com where visitors will be able to vote for their favorite performance. The winner receives a pair of 2010 Swarm season tickets valued at $536.00.  The “Buzz Zone” is located in the Fan Central section, which is on the corner of Dan Patch Ave. and Underwood St. near the Grandstand. At the stand, fans can also purchase team merchandise, receive information about 2010 season tickets and participate in an interactive lacrosse shooting game.
