Ticket Transfer

Ticket Transfer will allow you to text from your smartphone or email from your computer your tickets to whomever you choose.

From your computer:

  1. Click here to log onto My Swarm Account
  2. Click "Manage My Tickets"
  3. Select the event you want to transfer using the calendar
  4. Select the "Transfer ticket to friend" from the drop down menu
  5. Check the box next to the seats you want to transfer to someone else
  6. Once you have selected all the seats you wish to transfer click the "transfer" button at the bottom or "manage more tickets" to select tickets to additional games and click "transfer" when you have selected all the tickets you wish to transfer
  7. Verify the information in the window that pops up and click "continue to transfer"
  8. Fill out the required transfer "Choose Transfer Recipient" and click add or select the appropriate person if already there then complete the optional fields you would like and then click "next step" at the bottom
  9. Check the terms of use box and click complete transfer
    • Note: the recipient must claim the tickets by using the email that is sent to them from teamexchange@ticketmaster.com

From your smartphone:

  1. Click here to log onto My Swarm Account
  2. Click on the game you want to view
  3. Click "select an action" and then "transfer to a friend"
  4. Select all the seats that you wish to transfer
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click "Transfer to a Friend"
  6. Verify the information that pops up and click "Continue"
  7. Either select a recipient from the drop down menu or click the plus sign (+) to add a new recipient
  8. Fill out any of the optional fields you would like and click "Next Step" at the bottom
  9. Check the terms of use box and click "Complete transfer"​
    • ​​​Note: the recipient must claim the tickets using the email that is sent to them from teamexchange@ticketmaster.com

Note: Once you have sent a text or once they have accepted the ticket transfer any previously printed tickets will no longer work and should be trashed to avoid confusion.
