Sullivan, 45, completed his fifth season with the Swarm in 2014 and third as the head coach and associate general manager. Aime Caines - Assistant Coach - 7th Season

Caines, 39 (10/18/75), finished his seventh season of coaching with the Minnesota Swarm in 2014. He also serves as the Director of the Swarm's Youth Box League. Prior to coaching, Caines spent five seasons in the NLL from 2001-05 with the Columbus Landsharks, Montreal Express and Buffalo Bandits. Bobby Keast

Bobby Keast - Assistant Coach - 3rd Season

Keast, 44, has spent the past 12 years as an assistant coach with the MSL’s Peterborough Lakers and has won four Mann Cups. Keast also spent time in the NLL as an assistant coach with Toronto (2009), Chicago (2007-08) and Ottawa (2001-02). Rory McDade

Rory McDade - Assistant Coach - 1st Season

McDade, 33, is in his first season as an assistant coach and returning to the Swarm for his second stint with the team. McDade spent four seasons with Minnesota from 2006-09 as a forward after being signed as a free agent in ‘05. The New Westminster, British Columbia native totaled 30 points (5g, 25a), 30 loose balls in 18 career games with the Swarm, and notched career-highs in goals (4), assists (13) and points (17) during the ‘08 campaign. After his NLL days, McDade began his career on the bench and is currently the head coach of the WLA’s Burnaby Lakers. McDade was also a regular fixture in the Lakers’ lineup as a forward from 2003-12, and played Junior ‘A’ ball for his hometown New Westminster Salmonbellies.
