Swarm Girls and Coaches Lacrosse Clinics - February 13

Now girls and coaches can learn the women's game from one of the top coaching staffs in the country. The Notre Dame women's lacrosse coaches will be on hand to conduct these exclusive winter clinics at Xcel Energy Center, home turf of the Minnesota Swarm.
The girls clinic includes five training modules including tactical drills, stick work, small game situations and a chance to compete for the 5v5 clinic championship. The coaches clinic includes an on-field demonstration and a classroom session. The clinic coaches and staff are committed to challenge and inspire each participant to have a great time while taking her game to the next level.
Girls Schedule
- 11:30 AM - Check-in
- 12:10 PM - Warm-up
- 12:25 PM - Stickwork Circuit
- 12:45 PM - Attack Skills and Strategies
- 1:05 PM - Defensive Skills and Strategies
- 1:30 PM - 5v5 Clinic Championship
- 2:00 PM - Awards Ceremony
Coaches Schedule
- 12:00 PM - On-field Demo
- 3:30 PM - Classroom Session
Grades
The camp is recommended for girls grades 6 through 12, with the group being split in half based on age. No prior experience necessary. 60 registrants will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
Program Cost
Both the
Swarm Girls and Coaches Clinics cost $50 each and include a ticket to that evening's Swarm game against the Washington Stealth @ 7:35.
Equipment
Campers are required to bring a stick, mouthguard and goggles. Goalkeepers should bring full gear. Additional equipment and mouth guards will be available for purchase.
