Applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Acceptance of each application will be verified upon delivery of the camp confirmation packet. Application form, consent to treatment and health form must be completed and sent to the camp office along with full payment. No deposits accepted. Click the button below to download.

Deadline for camp applications is Wednesday, June 10.



Roommate Request
Roommate requests must be included with the online application for consideration. Due to accommodation limitations placement is not guaranteed. Dorm rooms are doubles, but campers may be placed in singles depending on the final camp registration. We do not accept requests for triples or quads.

Confirmation Packet
The camp confirmation packet includes a schedule, items to pack, roommate and transportation information. Additional questions should be directed to 651-312-3481 or info@mnswarm.com. Before sending in this application, please make sure all 3 signature spots are signed by the parent or legal guardian and full payment is included or submitted, or your application will be rejected. Note: Applications received after the start of registration are subject to a $25 walk up fee.
Refunds
Refunds less a $100 cancellation fee will be granted to accepted applications withdrawn up to 8 days prior to the start of camp. No refund will be issued within one week of the start of camp.
